"Great location, easy access to transport, food, the Christmas markets and the tourist hop on hop off bus is across the road.
The staff were helpful and friendly and we had Christmas lunch at Spargo restaurant which was excellent! "
"Room and bathroom were very clean. The bed was very comfortable and had the advantage of feather pillows and quilt, a rarity these days. There was no sound of other rooms. The shower was spacious and hot. The breakfast was excellent. Great choice of food. Very smart and well appointed. Staff attentive and helpful when needed. Hotel is in a good location for public transport around the city. "

10/10 Excellent
"Absolutely brilliant hotel. Didn’t realise how massive it was when I booked but it didn’t feel big and soulless at all. Breakfast was busy but great, rooms were massive and it was excellent value. Was very sad to check out "
"Excellent hotel, fully recommended for fabulous location, pure comfort, stunning bar area, great value for money, delicious breakfast and good customer service 👌 "
"Very friendly staff, clean and large room, great location next to train station and the surrounding area was clean and safe. The only thing we didn't like was they charge to store your bags (we've visited 9 hotels in 6 countries on this trip and they're the only one who charged). They offered us to take the early check in fee instead, which came with a room upgrade, but I didn't like having to pay extra for a service others offered for free."
