The staff was friendly and very helpful, the entire atmosphere and decor, including funny little details and wordplay, were to our liking and made us smile more than once. Rooms had a cool industrial-meets-beach-bungalow vibe and they had thought of lovely little details in the room.
Very cool hotel.
Great staff in the bar and very good dining in the main restaurant. Not much room in terms of storing your luggage and clothes for a extended stay but we made it work.
Fun cheeky hotel. Great roof top bar overlooking the zoo. Breakfast was fabulous - a lot to choose from. Sauna was nice too. Loved the indoor hammocks - spent time reading there! Room was small, but good. Friendly staff.
This is a fantastic hotel in an equally fantastic location.
Parking is a short, but manageable, walk away.
Staff are great and very helpful.
Definitely worth considering for a Berlin stay.
Fantastic, modern, vibrant hotel in wonderful Berlin. Comfortable, fun and quirky bedrooms, one of the best bars in the city, excellent breakfasts in a stunning rooftop location and some of the very best view the city has to offer.
Highly recommend. Definitely my first choice when visiting Berlin.
Thoughtfully designed and best for solo, business or families as well. Staff is very very helpful and patiently solves all our needs

Very good location, close to everything around Ku-damm with shopping, plenty of restaurants and public transport.
Comfortable beds.
The reception is located on 3:rd floor hence you really never spend time there apart from checking-in, a bit unpersonal perhaps.
I could stay here again.
Fantastic view (jungle room)! Absolutely gorgeous interieur with work space and hammocks!
Very unique features and offers!
HIGHLIGHT! NENI restaurant is the breakfast venue and directly inside the hotel
Great hotel in a safe location close to Zoo Station. It's modern and a bit quirky with a popular rooftop bar which was busy but with a nice atmosphere. We had a Jungle Room overlooking Berlin Zoo, Tiergarten and the Berlin skyline, and is by far the best view we've ever had in the many times we have visited Berlin.
