"One of, if not THE best resort I have ever stayed at, and I consider myself well traveled! It is first off, absolutely beautiful. I have a following on social media and I got floods of messages asking where I am staying! The staff goes above and beyond to ensure anything you may need is within arms reach. The food is fabulous, especially having low expectations for an all inclusive resort! The restaurants are very beautifully built and decorated- each is themed of course but some are on the water and some are more fancy (there’s a wine cellar dinner for 2 in the French restaurant). The food truck by the theater is so convenient and tasty, and the pizza oven by the pool is top tier! The events planned by the resort are very entertaining as well, especially the paint and sip on the beach and the cultural activities. We did not have an issue with excursion transportation picking us up. Again everyone is beyond friendly, guests included, and the resort is absolutely stunning. Our room and view were GORGEOUS! We will be returning and I have recommended this resort to all my friends. Thank you excellence!!!"

"The ventus ha is absolutely gorgeous… the staff was very friendly. Out of the three resorts it’s the newer build and definitely feels newer the other resorts you have access too are also nice but not as nice as the ha.. this resort is quieter then the other two, they tend to be a lot more active so you get the best of all worlds since you have access to all three.. the shows at night were awesome… and the roof top bars at the ha were awesome. I would recommend this for families especially those doing any of the xcaret parks the drive is much better than coming from the Cancun strip"
