"It had lovely clean linen and towels. Rain shower was good. It's a very old hotel & it showed in the windows, fixtures, carpet, curtains and things like that. Although there's no excuse for the room not being cleaned properly. It had very dirty cupboards, bedside tables, drawers & garbage bin!! and, ..."

"The pool and water park were closed on the first 30 degree day of spring, we stayed here so the kids could use the facilities that were not operating. the guy at check in told us nothing about the QR code to order room service or that the pool was shut"

"Unit was nice with quiet outlook into the trees and golf course. Bathrooms and kitchen look a little aged. Gym equipment in the resort was mostly broken… bikes, stepper and treadmill not working properly. Could do with some investment in new equipment."

"清潔な部屋でゆったりと過ごすことができました。ワイナリーで買ってきたワインを友達夫婦と部屋飲みでゆったりと味わうことができました。裏庭からはカンガルーの親子も見ることができました。 チェックイン、チェックアウトも全てネットで完結できるのは便利ですが、海外からの旅行者、英語が分からないとちょっとハードルが高いかもしれませんね。 唯一気になったのは、シャワーブースの構造。扉が無い構造なので気をつけないと洗面所ス ペースが水浸しになってしまいます。"
