"Firstly, the room I had selected was not allocated to me upon arrival, which was disappointing. Secondly, most of the rooms are outdated and appear to have been poorly maintained. For the price charged, I expected a much better standard of accommodation. Lastly, I requested a baby bassinet before my stay, but no one informed me of any associated charges at the time of the request or during check-in. I was only told about the fee at checkout, which showed a complete lack of transparency. I...

"We had a wonderful experience at this motel. The room was incredibly comfortable, clean, and well-appointed with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were great—super friendly, welcoming, and helpful from the moment we checked in. On top of that, the location is fantastic and made it incredibly easy to get around. "Harrigans Hotel was fantastic! Great room, great location and easy to work your day around. The pub meals were well done. Unfortunately, reception at Mercure to collect key and when speaking on the phone to Amarn, my experience was not good. Abrupt, short and could not explain why the situation occured."

"Beautiful view of the vineyard and an open field from Cottage 2 on our staycation. The fireplace was perfect for a romantic evening cuddled up on the couch (playing Mario cart 😄) By day we explored the local area neither of us drink wine but the area is stunning. Thanks for an amazing memory and stay, added to our collection."

"This hotel is outdated and poorly maintained. Although it’s marketed as a full-service hotel, housekeeping isn’t actually provided - despite a sign in the room directing guests to call reception for it. When we called, our request was ignored. We also found bugs in our bed and reported it, but nothing was done. I’d strongly recommend avoiding this hotel; it falls well below acceptable standards in Australia."

"Got a GREAT deal from Expedia. Rare. The accommodation is perfect for active people. Tennis, indoor heated pool, gym, lots of planned activities and more. Breakfast geared towards "wellness""

"Travelled with my husband and two toddlers (1 and 2.5 year old) and we really enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and beds were so comfortable. Loved the big open area and the kids enjoyed running around. We loved the farm animals! My kids were obsessed! Definitely will come back so we can do more activities at the resort when they’re older."
