"Wonderful stay! Its in a perfect spot, very close to shops and food and the heart of bellagio. The view was absolutely incredible. The space was clean and was equipped with everything we could think of. Shampoo, soap, washing machine, iron, kitchen, towels. The bed was very comfy and it was a great size apartment. Our only complaints are that there was no light that worked in the bathroom, and the front door to the building did not close or lock which didn’t seem very safe. But overall it was a wonderful stay!"

"We stayed at Excelsior Splendide in Bellagio for a couple of days. The location is excellent — very central and within easy walking distance of everything. By North American standards, our room, bathroom and beds were extremely small. I’m only 158 cm and 60 kg, and even I found the bed so narrow that I was genuinely afraid of falling out during the night! Breakfast was a highlight — plentiful, with a great selection, including plenty of meat and savory options. I also really enjoyed the pool area and garden lounges overlooking Lake Como, surrounded by beautiful lemon trees. One inconvenience was having to take additional stairs from the elevator to reach our room. There was no ramp for rolling luggage, and unfortunately there was no bellboy available to help. The gelato shop on the ground floor was fantastic, with lots of flavors — the simple yogurt gelato was to die for! We also enjoyed dinner at the hotel restaurant, which was easy to book. Having dinner by the water at sunset was lovely. For lunch, we grabbed food from the hotel’s street-side restaurant, which had a good selection of salads and drinks. Overall, a decent stay for the price, with an unbeatable central Bellagio location, beautiful lake views, good food and some charming outdoor areas."

"Our stay at the Charming Bellagio Boutique Hotel was absolutely wonderful! The hotel is private and quaint away from all the noise of the main city center. The people running the hotel are very welcoming and accommodating. Leading up to our stay, they communicated and assisted with transportation to the hotel from the airport in Milan which was extremely helpful after a long flight. The garden was beautiful and breakfast was delicious. The hotel is a quick and easy walk into the center of Bellagio. The pool is a wonderful amenity to cool off at in the afternoon. The room was perfect for myself and 2 older teenage children. The view of the lake from the second floor balcony was stunning. I highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Bellagio."

"One of the best stays you can have in Bellagio, everything in our stay was amazing the room, view, amenities, service, and the amazing breakfast buffet that you can have in front of the view. If you can get reservations do it you won’t regret it you will have an amazing experience with lake and the Mountain View. Also the service is very professional and nice amazing staff. Thank you for making our stay special."

"We loved the location in the heart of Bellagio and the pool area was the highlight. Check in was reasonably friendly but we had communication issues about the restricted garage height despite letting them know ahead of time we had a roof box. The flat was not in the main building and was a 5th floor walk up. One person in our party struggled with the stairs. It would have been nice to mention this at booking. The flat itself was nice but we found the shower pressure was low and water took a long time to heat up. The AC was more of a cooling system than real AC and was very noisy. This was all forgotten by the time we got to the pool which is really amazing with very nice cocktails and a very friendly bartender. The property is dog friendly and there is a nice beach nearby for pets to cool down. We also appreciated being given a bit more time to checkout and use the garage. All in all I would recommend this property."

"Staff was excellent, building was in a fantastic location, Babayaga next door was a great spot for a quick bite. Only downside was the price but seemed on par with everything else on the island, so with that said I’d take this over some of the other offerings all things considered."
