"Be aware the parking for this location is public parking and may not be available. If you are walking, the center of town is approximately a 20 minute walk and you share the road with vehicles. There is a walking lane, but at times there are drivers who drive close to pedestrians as well as areas where the walking lane ends. There are 2 roads to drive in and out of the area, I'd recommend inquiring about the route that is wider. The apartment had everything we might require and we were provided...

"Malgré que tout était parfait aussi bien le confort que la situation sachez que vous pourrez avoir quelques difficultés pour vous garer. Sinon, pour ce type de logement, il serait bien d’avoir une poêle pour cuisiner et une planche pour préserver le matériel et une paire de ciseaux."

"Lovely little property 10 minute walk from Bellagio centre. Has all you need as somewhere to rest when exploring Lake Como. As mentioned in other reviews it was a bit damp with evident problems in the past with mould but over wise lovely and don’t let that put you off. Comfy bed and very clean apartment. "

"The views are incredible- lake facing with balcony off living and bedroom. It is a couple flights up so be prepared to carry your luggage. Only complaint is the WiFi went out - router not located in apartment and never heard back after sending email about it for two days."

"I liked the convenience of the property. Easy access to all areas in Bellagio. The apartment was clean and roomie. Loved the balconies. The only thing disappointing was no room service with clean towels everyday, and the property grasses were quite overgrown. But even with that, I would recommend the property since it was so convenient, and a nice quiet area."

"Very nice apartment. The only drawback was having to go out side the apartment to have access to the bathroom. Just a little bit of an inconvenience but it doesn’t overshadow our stay. I do recommend this apartment its location is perfect. There’s no elevator to go up to the third floor but this also true for many buildings in Europe when they are located in historical sites. Thank you for a beautiful stay."
