"This was one of the least comfortable beds I’ve ever slept on. It felt more like a temporary spare bed than a proper hotel bed, and every movement from one person would immediately wake the other. As a result, we barely slept during our stay. The room was also quite noisy, making it even more difficult to get a good night’s rest. Given the level of comfort provided, the price was extremely difficult to justify. The rates seemed heavily inflated due to the World Cup, and the overall experience...

"Outside property is well maintained. The area felt safe. Ample parking. The room however had the bare minimum. Room was non smoking but definitely had a lingering smell of cigarette smoke. Floors with broken/ loose laminate tiles. Bathroom had a toilet seat that doesn’t quite fit the toilet."

"It's an older property now, and my wife and I have been coming here for a very long time. We love how conveniently located it is between Concord and Lexington. On our last visit in May 2026, it helped to have front desk personnel like Benson, who went out of his way in helping us get the right room when our original choice did not work out. "Property was going through repairs. Lobby person seemed a little too engaged with staff members discussing the next days work schedule while we waited to be checked in. When she finally got around to checked us in, she assigned our room on the 3rd floor and directed us to park in back. She neglected to tell us that the back elevator was out, forcing us to have to lug all our luggage up two flights of stairs. There is another elevator near the lobby that we could have used but she didn’t seem...
