"The location to the Amphitheater was perfect. When I arrived the room smelled a little musty and the floor felt damp. I struggled with the WiFi, it didn’t work well for me. The bathtub in my room was gross, there were no other rooms available or I would have changed rooms. The staff were very polite and helpful."

"its a good place to stay for the price. staff is very friendly and they they have put a lot of time and effort into making this property great. it is an old building and there definitely needs to be some upgrades done. if you need a place on a budget its the perfect spot. my room was clean and the bed was comfortable. breakfast was limited but for the price and on a holiday weekend it is more than ok."

"The air worked in the room on a hot day and there weren't bed bugs... the air in the rest of the building didn't work and the bed skirts and carpet were filthy... that is about all there is to say about that"

"Breakfast area is same as pool area with only 1 hour of swim time with out the breakfast crowd before checkout. The cost higher for a poolside room but the check ins and out times make it really hard to have a 1 night stay, enjoy the pool, hot tub. Also no vehicle shuttle to the amphitheater. Super disappointing! A bicycle cart ride was available but it was 97 degrees out. Staff was very nice."

"This post actually has nothing to do with the hotel. I was supposed to attend a concert in Shakopee on July 16, 2026. Due to Canadian wildfires creating hazardous air conditions. The concert was canceled, and I could not attend. Because of this act of God, there was no need for me to make the trip. Expedia was extremely uncooperative in this matter and would not refund money. I will never use Expedia again"
