"From the time we arrived to the moment we leave, everything was just perfect! Also, unfortunately I can't remember her name, but the lady at the reception that did our check-in, she was beyond helpful! She even gave was rates for our next trip! Super thank you all for making this trip just perfect!"

"We stay at this property all the time. The kitchen and all things in the kitchen never really seem clean, including the dishwasher. I usually end up rewashing everything."

"Walls are very thin. We heard a baby crying all night and there was no parents doing anything but let the baby cry until a staff member knocked on their door to see what was going on. I heard people showering and flushing the toilet, it was like they were in the room with you. Pretty pricy for this hotel, nice though but I woudln't return."

"We loved the convenient location of the property. The rooms were very spacious and beautiful. The bed mattress could have been a little more comfortable but it didn't cause me to miss any sleep,.lol. The pool area wasn't overcrowded and there was an open snack bar. Parking was great!"

"We stayed just for a weekend (Friday-Sunday) for a day at Disney. The staff was very helpful. Check in doesn’t take long at all. The room and hotel in general was extremely clean. On day two we asked for more towels and they were delivered within 5 minutes. This was my first time staying at this location and I will be staying again!"

"This was the worst experience we’ve ever had at a Home2. The place was disgusting. The beds were dirty, and the sheets had been remade instead of washed. We called the front desk, and the only person working told us she was the only one working and that they didn’t have another room for us. Please don’t stay here!"

"Cleanliness is poor at this location. My bed linen wasn’t changed as promised. No towel in the bathroom. My credit card was changed unknown charges. Very disappointed with the services."

"The room itself is very nice, spacious and comfortable. I have been coming here for about 15 years and stayed many times. I am disappointed that the resort fee which is effectively a stealth tax seems to increase every year. And now they have introduced a parking charge for your car. The resort seems to introduce or increase its stealth fees every time we visit. And what is the resort fee for? When you book the hotel listing confirms free wifi and use if the pool. They then provide a card saying...
