The microwave would not work, the blanket for the sleeper sofa was damaged, the air conditioners were broke, breakfast was not included, parking for 2 nights was $54 to self park with reservation, the shower water did not stay warm at all, and ny room was never serviced. I had to request towels both in the lobby and through the app to get more. The 2 stars is due to the staff being so polite.

This was the best hotel I’ve chosen for a stay in Orlando. The location was great, the staff were helpful, friendly, and even amazingly generous! I loved the shuttle to Epcot, as that was my selected park for this trip. When issues arose, the staff handled it quickly. I appreciate everything about this hotel!
