"The location is perfect, the pool and bar/restaurant make it feel like an all inclusive hotel. Access to the beach is so convenient my family and I really enjoyed our time!"

"Very disappointed that the pool was closed for an entire day. We were not notified ahead of time of the pool closing and not notified before we checked in. Then the next day we tried to get in the pool at 8am which was the time posted on the website only to be told that the pool didn’t open until 9am."

"Ants, broken vent fans, pool closed most every time I checked and finding out the hotel was overbooked after a 1200 mile trip created a lot of stress... I can say the staff was helpful and we were moved to another room of which only had one bed where temp beds had to be moved in for my children. Would I stay again, absolutely not but it was decent for what it was."

"The first room we were assigned was not in the main building and had a very strong, unpleasant odor. Even after moving to the main building, the property felt so dated that we could clearly hear the sewer and plumbing sounds from the upstairs bathroom. Given the high nightly rates, the value just isn’t there—especially since the resort has no official partnership or special access relationship with the TPC Sawgrass golf course."

"Awesome place next to the beach! Breakfast was great as well. Only downfall was they were out of washcloths and hand soap. But still excellent"

"The rooms were excellent the view was wonderful. When I checked in I was given a room on the second floor but the door would not close or lock but the staff was helpful and helped me move to the fifth floor. The view of the beach was beautiful from that floor. The place is under renovation but their team is doing a fabulous job keeping the services they have running the best they can. Can’t wait to go back after all of the changes are complete."
