A relatively new hotel, modern, very clean, newest amenities, outstanding breakfast, outstanding view from the breakfast seating area. Hotel is adjacent to the beach. The room was spacious and well laid out, with a sofa area. I was attending a conference at TPC, which was only 15 minute drive. Numerous stores in the vicinity.
