"While our room was clean the odor in the room was pretty powerful and unpleasant. Lots of other reviews mention this as well which makes it disappointing that management must not want to address this. With that said the view and location is wonderful. No real meaningful amenities. All staff we interacted with were extra friendly. Lobby could use a deep clean. Hot water heater in the bedroom made noise all night. Air conditioner in room controls didn’t work, seemed like it was designed...

"One of the best hotels in Orlando. It has everything a Disney resort should have but doesn’t.The front desk was incredibly helpful and greeted you every time you walked through the door. They were very hospitable and knew their property well. The dining and bar staff were amazing and friendly. The kickback and breakfast was a very much needed accommodation, especially if you’re on a budget. The breakfast was pretty good with a great selection and a waffle iron that featured Mickey’s imprint....

"The Terrace Staff truly took customer service to the next level! We have never had such excellent CS. From the text requests that were delivered every time within minutes (Rose front desk was amazing) or the maintenance man (I think Richard) who not only ensured our AC was working properly he brought us complimentary fountain sodas in between his visits! I mean TOP NOTCH! All of it!!! I just can not say enough and we've stayed at all kinds of boutique style hotels, Ritz, JW Marriott's etc."
