"I really enjoyed my stay here! Really comfy bed, had a view of the ocean (even though I didn't specify this in my room booking!), and the facilities were great, for example I had the entire pool to myself when I went for a nighttime swim. I would say the rooms are definitely not soundproof, with garbage trucks coming by late into the evening and one of my neighbours having a shower did wake me up. Staff were super friendly and helpful when I got slightly lost!"

" Attractive and comfortable with a well set up kitchen, it was a perfect location for our annual escape from the pre Christmas Melbourne madness. 2004 was not a good year health wise for us, so we needed somewhere comfortable to do nothing but read, and rest and Banyan Place did just that!"

"Lovely little place near the centre of Warnambool. Heater and TV provided and very welcoming. Water is either from the bathroom tap or at the bar (when its open) - so just make sure to fill up if you don't feel like filling from the tap."

Easy off-street parking and surprisingly quiet rooms, given proximity to the highway. Booking process easy and after hours check in not an issue. Staff very friendly.
