Batu Kawa Hotels with free Internet

Very nice staff. Very clean and nice hotel. Buffet breakfast. You can find everything what you want to eat neither Asian foods or American foods.

Room comfortable and spacious

I have travelled to Kuching many times and stayed at various hotels in this lovely city. I decided to try the the Ranee Suites on a whim. I did not regret that decision. The most stellar part of my visit was the staff. Very polite, well informed and highly responsive! I needed to extend my stay by half a day and although my room was not available, they got me a room and moved my bags in a jiffy. The room I had was huge! It was clean and very comfortable. The lighting was perhaps a little low...

A very nice hotel with great ammenities and very friendly staff. We arrived a bit late on Friday evening and the staff checked us in under 5 minutes. They also were made aware it was my birthday and brought me a birthday treat up to our room which was a very pleasant surprise! Helpful staff, clean and in a great location - we will definitely stay here again when we go back to Kuching!

This is the place to stay if hospitality is your priority. You will feel very at home with ease and comfort. Clean and neat room is what you get upon checking in.

Overall ok

Very good hotel, Room is neat and great. Stayed there for leisure with family. Location wise around the hotel not too many places but I did came using my car so can travel here and there. View of the room quite nice, can see the MBKS building. Tried the in room dining and is quite nice too. Will stay here again if got the opportunity.

Overall is good, gym facilities should be more equipment and operating hours shall be 24 hours

Only rent for 1 room apartment...with swimming pool view already enough for me to relax & have an exciting moments. All appliances enough for me to entertain my family. Shopping complex, The Spring only a few minutes trough the pedestrian bridge. Surrounding with restaurants that give us more choices. I love it even my kids much much more love it!!!

This is one of my favourite place to stay. Indeed worth the price and we will definitely will come again for our next visit.

The design...is very unique. I love the granary ambience as well

Clean and safe to stay

Overall everything was perfect , just that the pool was only for an adult . They dont provide pool for kids . So , it was very hard for those who bring their kids to swim there.

It was located at the heart of city with easy access to foods and shopping area, all within walking distance. Facilities are well maintained. Only no pick up assistant available to welcome us when we arrived at the hotel.

I don’t like the lift which cannot direct to the lobby from the basement parking.
