"Beautiful hotel! But the homeless situation is really bad in downtown. This is no fault of the hotel but thought I would let people know. Also, while I realize an Omni hotel is supposed to be expensive, I think $15 for a cocktail poolside is a bit much. And no smoking on the property premises is allowed. Anywhere. I'm a smoker, but very respectful. I found it quite irritating to have to go off property, walking around homeless people, to have a cigarette the few times of day that I do. Can you at least make a smoker's section with an ashtray somewhere? That would be nice. But until then I won't be staying at Omni in Austin anymore. "
