"Our room was so clean and comfortable! The staff were friendly and helpful- we ate at the Hudson Market and the night bar. We loved the location to Rockefeller Center and Times Square. The elevators were a bit congested and it took some time to get up and down to our room during busy times. But we would stay there again! "

"Stayed 12/20/25-12/22/25. I loved the location. Away from the craziness (crowd and traffic) but walking distance to other neighborhoods with lot of choices of restaurants. It is also 5 minutes walking distance to Chelsea Market. Staff was very attentive. "
