"The staff was helpful! Unfortunately upon arrival in the lobby a mouse ran by my husband and I. We felt uneasy about staying! Check in explained it occasionally happens as the hotel is located next to path trains. We decided to continue with our plans and the room was clean so we stayed and all was fine."

"Cheaply furnished rooms with poor maintenance. Blinds not working, hinges broken to desk and room phone not working properly. Staff were responsive to issues but it was a disappointment for the 5 star hotel stay we paid for and expected."

"Hotel hits all the 5 star spots apart from 2 points. 1 - the rooms are not soundproof at all, and being able to hear the conversations in the room next door so clear that i could repeat what they were saying is not what i would expect. Second - the front desk staff are not as polished and committed to the level of service i would expect from a top end 5 star hotel. Doormen were top class. All in all it's a good hotel, but with so much choice in NY, i have stayed in better."

"The location is good, the hotel design has a concept but rooms are ama al, bathroom was mini, TV didn’t work, air condition was fair, staff wasn’t helpful at all only a lady in the mornings that help us with our luggage and umbrellas on a raid ay, The hotel has an appearance and looks old"

"Family friendly and quiet at the same time. Super convenient as. pATH train is right outside and exchange place is steps away. Convenient to shops and restaurants. Excellent place to stay if you’re visiting Jersey city or New York City. Safe and clean hotel and rooms. Comfortable rooms. Shower and toilets are clean with great water pressure. Will stay here again."

"Best location for public transportation. Room was big, clean and love the crabtree and evelyn shampoo and conditioner. Left an earring after we checkout, the lost and found department was very helpful, we went back and Sayed was already waiting for us. Thank you so much Sayed! Downside was having to pay extra for parking. Overall it was a good place to stay. We will recommend this hotel to our family and friends."

"The hotel is so charming, staff and are so friendly, welcoming and helpful. Location is superb in the heart of Greenwich Village with everything in walking distance and an adorable neighborhood to stay in. The rooms had such character. The breakfast included was delicious. Staff were excellent - I had a doublebed in the room booked and when they saw I was pregnant they upgraded me to a queen proactively and provided me with extra pillows. Then took a shower in the MOST DISGUSTING shower I’ve ever experienced at a hotel. It was clogged and filthy. Standing in water up to my ankles."
