"Unfortunately, my experience at the Monte Carlo Inn Barrie was overshadowed by the level of customer service. While the hotel itself was adequate, the interactions with the front desk staff (Heather) left much to be desired. "We really enjoyed our stay at breakfast we thought it was odd no toaster when we checked out with the manager very nice and professional lady . We mentioned that and she said it was in the other room. She even offered to make us toast to go!!! Wow now that service…thank you so very much will absolutely stay again if we are in that area..lots of safe parking..as well"
