"Room was spotlessly clean. Bedding smelled fresh, not likre bleach. Check in was quick. Front desk phoned us to see if everything was ok and did we need anything (we've never had this done before) - this was a very nice touch. Breakfast was fine."

"Great location. Walk to the waterfront park, harbour and downtown Orillia. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. I had a small room in the basement. Everything was updated and clean, including the bathroom. The room down there is small, but that was reflected in the great price I received. I was on my own so it worked for me. "I am a handicapped woman and need assistance to walk. There was no elevator and it was not mentioned in the website. It was with great difficulty for me to navigate the stairs both going up and down. My husband just had surgery too and had to carry the luggage up to the second floor with a lot of difficulty. The room was clean. The breakfast was sufficient. The person who checked us in on May 9th around 4 p.m. was not very friendly or helpful."

"-Door was awkard to use(Bathroom doors should swing into the bathroom so they are out of the way) -Coffee and tea was supplied but had nothing to stirring with, i had to use the rooms pen -key/light system is no good,,,if I leave then the other person has no lights Other than that"

"We paid a lot of the jacuzzi tub in room. We couldn’t use it, shower drink or even brush our teeth. The water was brown and gross. Even after “flushing the pipes” for over an hour. They blamed the nearby road construction. However I stay and the hotel directly beside it, the week before and after with no water issues. No compensation was given. We left our booking sooner than planned. "
