"My personal experience in this hotel was like anything I've experience in any other hotel before, Its a 5 start and more, the breakfast was really awesome, for me was like breakfast-lunch do to a variety of options, the staff is one of the most professional and courteous i ever encountered, my room was spacious, spotless, and had a very comfortable bed, bathroom amenities was very convenient, hotel is attached to a mall, location was good closet to many restaurants and train station. I will definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family. I'm very satisfied customer. Thank you."

"The hotel is in a great location, which made it easy to explore. The pool and breakfast were great as well. When we arrive our first room was a bit damp and dirty, so we told the staff and they moved us to a new room without question. Overall everyone was friendly and we had a great stay!"

"For the price, this was a good deal. The breakfast was good and the place clean. Overall, a nice friendly atmosphere. The TV was a bit pointless as only one English news channel worked. Good location and buses available to take you elsewhere. I was in a standard room and I wouldn't recommend this as it was a bit spartan. But it was clean and well maintained."

Facilities are great, especially the gym, probably the best fit out I’ve ever seen in a hotel gym, on par with a lot of commercial gyms. Clean room, air con works well, and the 7-11 just outside the entrance is very convenient."
