Ulasan Hotel Bandar Puncak Alam Popular
Amari Kuala Lumpur
10/10 Cemerlang
"Thank you Siva at the front desk for being so kind and helpful before and during my check in. I appreciate and love the anniversary cake provided in the room. Service is good at this hotel including the dining at Amaya Food Gallery. room is quiet, although we can hear vibration of doors closing, it's a lot better compared to other hotels where doors are slamming and banging. one thing that disturbs me from falling asleep is the smoke detector on the ceiling. it keeps blinking with a beep sound each time the red light comes on. i'm not sure if it's battery running low or the sound is normal. It was already late and I did not want to call the reception and wait anymore. i forgot to ask at the reception during check out, this will affect my consideration staying the next time too. Overall, it's a lovely hotel"
