Check-in process could be smoother and more organised, however. The location is a bit away from the city centre but just what we wanted and it was close to loads of shopping centres so quite convenient."

"The room was immaculate. Spacious, clean, modern. Only negative is that the bathroom flooded everytime you showered bc of poor drainage in the open concept room. The hotel staff was very friendly and nice."

"Staff were chill and attentive when needed. Room was clean when we wanted it clean. Gave us an extra 3 hours to check out with no extra charge. Breakfast was great, pool was great. My only "complaint" is we needed to have the maintenance guy in our room to turn on the jacuzzi whenever we wanted to use it, but that wasnt much of an issue."
