"Maya Ubud was breathtaking, it felt like paradise. I loved waking in the morning and going out onto the terrace and hear all the birds. the people were friendly; they couldn't do enough for me. The food was fantastic. The room very clean and room service was awesome. I loved the stay. I had a great time and would go again. The show/dinner was fun. Great place, great scenery, great pool. "We were completely shocked at the state of the room. We requested the best they had, yet there were dead bugs on the sheets, a blood stain on the bed! And toothbrush residue splattered all over the bathroom mirror. We took pictures and I let the staff (a woman who remained on her phone during the entire conversation) know. I showed her the issues and she simply nodded and nothing else. We quickly left and ran next door to the Rusa hotel and stayed there. I don't understand how Expedia partnered...
