Amazing stay in Bali

Hotel is well maintained. Very friendly and helpful staff. Love the relaxing environment and wide variety of food choices. Swimming pools and private beach at the hotel is a plus. Definitely worth going to the spa restaurant koral in the hotel. Will stay in kempinski again next time when I visit Bali.

Hotel design is gorgeous! Staff is super nice, rooms are large and food is excellent! The hotel is very, very big! It caters especially to families with little kids as it provides nannies, playgrounds and pool activities for kids. There is an absolute lack of communication at the front desk/reception/reservations. We had back to back reservations which took them a while to find even though that I was in communication with the hotel via email prior to our arrival, where they confirmed that. Also made airport transfer arrangements through he hotel prior to arrival which they couldn’t find upon check in, took a picture of my emails for their reference and the day prior to check out they were surprised again with the airport transfer.

Likes: Clean spacious room, lagoon/swimming pool right behind my room, great selection of food for breakfast, beautiful and spacious lobby, access to private beach, friendly and super helpful staff, good size gym with new and clean equipment with sauna and hot pool. Can be better: Compared to Mulia, I liked their dining selection and varieties better.

The staff were discreet and attentive always providing friendly service. As a five star resort, the property delivers with jaw dropping views from the lobby, and an unforgettable experience, ideal for weddings or a dream vacation. During my stay, the staff upgraded me to a junior suite, which was very much appreciated offering a walk out pool.
