"My husband and I stayed this passed weekend and we just say we were so impressed with everything. From the minute we walked in the door the guy welcomed us right away with great dinner suggestions advised to let him know when we wanted our chimney turned out in the patio. We loved it and as locals this was a perfect get away because it felt cozy but the structure was beautiful we said we will be coming very often to just unwind."

"There has been a complaint filed. Very poor customer service, very bad experience. No towels for drying off in the bathroom, no amenities for cooking. The whole purpose of reservation of a kitchen suite is to be able to cook. 2 days later a pot shows up. 35 hours later 2 old pool towels were handed to us at the reception desk.
