"Amazing location, clean and spacious rooms plus comfortable beds. Full kitchen and living area with all new appliances and furniture. Garage for parking and easy access to dining and others in the area. Overall was a wonderful experience, easy with no stress from check-in with complementary wine all the way to check-out. "This is in a big & extremely noisy hotel! there was so much noise it was impossible to get a decent nights sleep! Being woken up multiple times each night from parties in rooms with loud music, doors, banging loudly and people coming back to their rooms late at night and early hours shouting and screaming and laughing loudly in the corridors to the furniture/chairs being moved around on the floors in the rooms above all day and night and kids running around on the floors in rooms above! "Terrible. Be ready. You’re going to wait in line, a lot. The elevator system is insanely inefficient. The unit we had had so many things wrong, including the cooktop which I had to call maintenance twice for and then ended up fixing it myself. You’re limited to just 2 chairs at the beach so your kids need to sit in the sand. Awful. I’ll never stay here again."

"Stayed for one night before a cruise, a family of three. We arrived past noon and the front desk was kind to give our room early. The room was clean and very well lit (natural sunlight, floor to ceiling windows). After we unpacked, we had a nice lunch at The Salty Siren, a beach front restaurant with a pool, which made our 8 yo very happy. Parents had a nice break as well with the tasty beverages while kids have a great time - win win. The location was nice as we took a stroll along the beach and towards a row of food kiosks (i think it's called a broadwalk). At night we had dinner at The Wreck with the swimming mermaid show. While the food was just average, they made it up with good service and the kids definitely enjoyed the show. This hotel had everything to make this a memorable stay for us. We will certainly be back!"
