"We arrived a bit early to find our room was not quite ready. The staff gave us a nice coffee and asked us to wait 20 minutes in the lovely courtyard. The rose garden is beautiful with roses bigger than your extended hands! Someone has a green thumb! The staff was very friendly and accommodating.
As with almost every hotel, they need more hooks for wet towels and clothes and more outlets for charging.

"We decided to stay at this hotel during our 15 hour layover.
We arrived in Istanbul after an 11 hour flight and pre-ordered a shuttle to avoid long waits and aggressive taxi drivers. The 25 euro price was steep but worth it for a seamless transition.
But it wasn't seamless. It took over 20 minutes for the driver to arrive and we were stuck waiting with poor communication.
The room itself was fine. Tiny bathroom and the toilet wouldn't flush in the morning.
