Had a few days stay in this hotel around the heart of the old quarters district. The rooms are clean & spacious. The front desk staffs Lisa, Thomas & Sunny are one of the most attentive & professional staffs plus not forgetting the chefs, waitress, houskeeping ladies & bellman too. The front desk staffs are helpful in arranging the transportation to the airport and well knowledge of the area including giving us advice on safety before going out. I will highly recommend to anyone who wants a stay in hanoi especially within this district. Thank you to the staffs of Minerva Church Hotel ♡

바로 앞에 성당이 있고 10분 걸어가면 호안끼엠 호수가 있어요 도보로 이동하기 좋은 위치에 숙소가 있어서 편하게 여행했습니다. 근처에 마트와 편의점도 있어요. 호텔2층에 마사지스파 (메티스스파) 괜찮았습니다. 공항 오고가는 픽업서비스 (유료) 도 너무 좋았어요. 덕분에 잘 놀다갑니다 !

スタッフの方々がみなさん親切で私の拙い英語も理解してくれようと頑張ってくださいました。滞在中の空港送迎、現地ハロン湾ツアー、併設スパ、ランドリーサービスなど様々サポートいただき大変感謝しています。 施設自体は古いと思いますが清掃はきちんとされており普段日本のビジネスホテルを利用している方であれば許容範囲ではないかと思います。浴室は浴槽ありですがお湯は溜めてないので使用感は不明です。浴室まで段差があるので好みは分かれます。シャンプー、ボディジェルあり。歯ブラシもあった気がします。スリッパは使い回しタイプ。ミニバー兼冷蔵スペースがありますが冷えてないかも。 立地は大聖堂のすぐ近くで有名なコンカフェやフォーボーのお店があります。他にも美味しいコーヒーが飲めるカフェも点在しており過ごしやすいエリアでした。旧市街も徒歩圏内で散歩にも最適です。 またハノイへ行く機会があれば是非泊まりたいです。

I stayed there for a week and had a really enjoyable stay. The location is very convenient for places like Hoan Khiem Lake and the Hop on Hop off tour buses. There are also plenty of different kinds of options at meal times. The hotel rooms are cool and comfortable, and a varied and tasty breakfast buffet is provided every morning including eggs cooked to order. All of the staff were friendly, welcoming and unfailingly helpful during my stay. I would highly recommend this hotel and hope to have the chance to experience it's hospitality again.

Excellent clean place to stay within the old city in Hanoi that is walking distance to everything. Bit more pricey than other hotels but certainly worth the price the service was amazing and you definitely cannot go wrong staying here.

Nice little boutique hotel conveniently located in Old Quarter. Breakfast is nice with reasonable selection. Overall service is excellent, rooms are comfortable but do need some small upgrades with plumbing etc.
