"The room and hotel was not what was advertised. Pros - - spacious room - plenty free parking spot - tea & coffee options in the room - comfortable clean bed - loads of storage - iron and ironing board - huge bed - loads of storage area Cons - The room was failing and in desperate need of renovation or even a lick of fresh paint. "ヒーバー城とチャートウエルに行くためロンドンから来ました。駅から3分で直ぐにわかります。チェックイン、アウト、荷物回収時に受付の方が居なかったりほかの方対応で時間がかかりました。部屋は地方のせいか広く、最新の設備で気持ち良く過ごせました。朝食は六時半からでしたが七時半頃向かい、十分な品がまだありましたが無くなったものの補充はなく帰る頃には温かい品（卵・ベーコン・ポテト・マッシュルームなと）はもう片付けられていました。各々とればイングリッシュブレックファストを食べられますし、果物やヨーグルト、パンの他にマフィンやクランペットもあり、イギリスではじめて食べる機会に恵まれました。焼いてバターとはちみつで凄く美味しかった。お水も自由にペットボトルへ入れられました。ここセブンオークスはロンドンから１時間弱、宿泊が高いロンドンより日帰りでなく地方泊をオススメします。宿泊の夜はロンドンのスーパー購入の物を持ち込みました。"

"We didn't have breakfast there. Bar offered a good choice of drinks. The extractor fan didn't work in the on suite but it was kept very clean. The stairs to the room were quite steep and the doors were very close together making it a little difficult to manoeuvre. The toilet was quite tall so shorter people may find their feet wouldn't touch the floor. The bed was very comfortable."

"Stayed two nights 26/27 March. The de luxe double was an excellent room very comfortable bed had a really good night sleep. Bath in the bathroom a positive. Breakfast on first day a full english really well cooked next day on the Saturday had eggs royale really good."

"The amazing 4 poster bed was beautiful. Food in the restaurant and bar was good and the location is very convenient. Be cautious with the very narrow entrance to the car park, a sharp turn off the busy road. Oddly my room locked on the outside but there was no keyhole inside so somebody could have locked me in, and I did not like that at all. Ask about your room when checking in."

"A decent B&B with great staff, nice layout and quality furnishings. It's still new so they are working hard to put everything in place but this is still a wonderful B&B in a prime location and is great value. There is free, high speed Wi-Fi available which is great. It's a fairly quiet venue even with being located in the centre of town, there is very little disturbance which makes for a good nights sleep. Highly recommend."

"The manager and staff at this hotel go above and beyond. My wife is disabled and travelling can be a challenge. The folks here just go out of the way to make things as easy as they can. The accessible room is large and the bathroom with its roll in shower and shower stool is well designed and functional. Top marks to all the staff."

"Had everything we needed, in a great spot, breakfast great, quite noisy in the room until the pub closed but to be expected when staying in pub rooms. Helpful staff, great pub. Water pump/drain system in the bathroom was really noisy but suppose this can’t be helped with old building like this."

"The linen was very fresh and clean smelling, owner very pleasant. The property is undergoing refurbishment, hence the low price. TV didnt work and fridge needed a clean, the loo brush was source of nasty smell. "
