Positano is not for the weak of walking, if you can't or have large issues with walking this is not the place for you unless you have a Sherpa. That being said, Villa Yiara is fantastic, this was an anniversary trip for us so yes, we splurged and paid for the suite. The staff is so helpful. They have a list of restaurants to try and one of them even has a driver that will pick you up and return you to your hotel at no charge,, but tip the driver please. Our suite was fantastic and in the morning we had breakfast on the balcony over looking Positano to the water and shared our space with a local cat that just enjoyed the view with us until he moved on for the day. Do go eat at Da Vincenzo for lunch or dinner if you can get in. Say hello to Imara and Raul for us! Ciao! Ciao!

Truly the most incredible service. They gave recommendations for food right when we got there and on our last day when the ferry was canceled assisted with helping me find other transportation. Best breakfast of my life. We were celebrating my 30th birthday and they brought me a candle!! The shower was the shower of my dreams. I would recommend this place to anyone!

I loved our stay at villa Yiara ,we rent the apartment portion it was amazing with a beautiful balcony that has a stunning view .place was clean and stuff friendly .my only cons was the walking distance from the ferry landing wasn’t 10 minutes.it is at least 25 min walk on the main road up hill .certainly you can take the stairs ,it could be shorter but for us it was quiet a challenge with are suit case .Overall the place is amazing just be prepared to walk a lot and ideally try to arrange a transportation for ur first day with the bags .

The staff is amazing! They are incredibly helpful! Really enjoyed the evening they called for a shuttle to take us up higher to a wonderful restaurant, da Constantino! Also, we loved the private breakfast served each morning on our own balcony! It was so much food!!! The room is spacious and has plenty of personal touches like beautiful chandeliers and fresh flowers! Love this hotel and highly recommend it!

All rooms have a stunning sea view, large chandelier, nice air conditioning, and the beautiful, blooming flowers along with the sea view make Villa Yiara attractive! We loved being served a big, delicious breakfast on our balcony! It was probably one of our favorite mornings ever! This staff here is so kind, welcoming, and helpful, and they go above and beyond to make your stay as enjoyable as possible! Their attention to detail and hospitality are above reproach!
