When arrived the payment system was down & couldn't check in , we came a little early so I let this slide but when we got in our room the bathroom door was broke which resulted in maintenance taking two hours to fix it causing a inconvenience to me and my family interrupted our plans , followed by dirty sheets & pillow cases houses keeping neglected to come in and fix it as the front desk noted them to do , then a staff watched my under age kids as we were at the pool inappropriately, biting his lip as a a man would do a grown women this stay was so unsettling . The front desk people were nice & the breakfast was very convenient but I would neverrrrrrr stay here again and do not recommend

The toilet doesn’t have a seat that’s large enough to cover it..Wake up this morning to no hot water so we can’t shower…I was charged extra for parking had I known on top of the price of the room I would be charge an additional $45 to park I never would’ve chose this hotel…I’m more angry at the fact that we can’t shower due to not having hot watef!!!

I loved that your pool was actually functioning filled with water and clean and people were actually enjoying it and it was heated and the grounds were kept very nice and tidy actually the maintenance guy was there treating the pool and skimming it was awesome. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

We got there late anround 11pm. Unfortunately when we got up to our room they gave us a king room instead of 2 queens like I paid for. We had 4 people in our party. When I went back down to question them they stated the room I paid for was sold out. But I could come back in the morning and maybe there would be another one available. My mother was willing to sleep on the couch. Now we only stayed for 2 days and she was ok for that short period of time. But I was confused how I paid for a room and it being sold out. But this hotel was close to the aquarium which is what we did while we were there. We felt relatively safe walking there. They had valet parking which we assumed we would have to pay due to being in a city. We were able to access our car when we needed it.

The room and everything about the place was great; however we did not know that the parking would cost $45 a night until we got to the place. I guess that included some sort of tip for the valets. Parking around the place was $20 everywhere else, but maybe they were not overnight. We also did not know about the heated outdoor pool so I did not pack a swimsuit. My daughter did pack her swimsuit, so she swam. We did know about the breakfast and that was really good with bacon, eggs, and really good coffee/

The breakfast was cold everyday (eggs, sausages, etc.). Both days, we had to wait 1 hour for breakfast to be available and it was served very cold. Parking is valet $45, too expensive.

There were a lot of negative reviews, which made me nervous to book our stay here. We were pleasantly surprised and had no issues what so ever. It was very affordable, clean, people were nice, breakfast was replenished until ending time. No complaints what’s so ever!

Great location for visiting the aquarium, civil rights museum, Olympic park and other attractions. The hotel did not have hot water for over 24 hrs during my stay, but they didn’t communicate it to the hotel guest. The fire pit was broken, the breakfast wasn’t worth getting out of bed for. The pancakes were ice cold.

Upon entering the hotel room, we noticed an incredibly strong smell of weed. There was an air machine left in the room that maintenance came to take away several hours after we checked in. Despite multiple housekeeping staff spraying air freshener, changing the bed linens that smelled like a dispensary, and generally trying to help us manage staying there for 4 nights, it continued to smell during our entire stay. The hotel was quite busy upon check-in so we decided to make the best of it. Perhaps we should have complained and tried to change rooms...however, multiple people were aware of the rooms condition. It was also missing the rubber seal under the door so we could hear everything and it never got dark at night. Upon checkout, I informed the front desk that the room needed to be cleaned bc of the smell. I was also charged for 4 nights of valet parking when I only used it the first night. This was refunded but only because I caught it at 7 am upon checkout. Where do I start with the food? There is no food nearby, the hotel breakfast is a huge miss (powdered eggs, no toaster in the room etc), and the bar serves substandard drinks that are cocktail bar prices. So just be aware of what you're getting when you stay here. The fire pit by the pool was broken, and staff were quite unconcerned about this or fixing it. The pool closes at 10 and at 9:50 we were asked to leave rudely. Is any hotel nearby better? Doubtful, given the star ratings. Atlanta!!

Feels very overpriced for the rooms. Downtown ATL or not, it feels very cheap and under-kept for a Hyatt property. Room just had so many cleanliness flaws, scratches on almost ALL furniture, crooked tv, dirty windows, hard bed, small room…Feels kinda like I got robbed, should’ve been half the price I paid.

There is a mandatory $45 parking fee I was not aware of. The hotel and room were average, but the bathroom is small. I was looking forward to a hot shower after a long drive, so I was disappointed with very low water pressure and no 'hot' water, it was only warm.

You have to pay a additional 45$ to park at their hotel..Vallet very very rude.....When I showed up for reservations they didnt accept the card....you all already took the money off of my card.... I was almost abandon with no room in a city I know no one.... I drove 6 hours....I called in advance to make sur I was good and still was lied too.This totally ruined everything .... very scary experience 😳

The one bedroom suite resembles an apartment providing a separation of sleep, dinning, work & relaxation. The staff was awesome. Whenever in Atlanta, I would stay at this property again.

The manager checked us in and it was seamless. When asked about local eating, he was able to make a good variety of restaurant recommendations. The room was very spacious. There were good options for breakfast but the hot food was slightly warm even out of the warmer. Great friendly service.
