"Great location. The room was comfortable if a bit tired looking. The staff were friendly but a bit short on the ground, especially during breakfast. For the money and location it's very fair and I would happily stay again. But it's not as high end as it used to be."

"Breakfast menu was freshly cooked with a small but varied buffet which included yogurt fresh fruit cereals toast and pastries. Staff were friendly and helpful, room was clean with good storage and a good size fridge. Comfy bed too. Only minor feedback was that hairdryer was not great and needed replacing "

"Central location for a visit to Bristol, however on a very busy main road above a pub so very noisy. room was very small but well equipped and clean. The mattress sagged in the middle so was not a comfortable night. We had trouble getting into the room as instruction omitted to say put the palm of your hand on key pad to activate. Seems as though other guests had the same problem as there was a lot of commotion to be heard at night. I am a frequent visitor to Bristol but will not stay here again"
