"Charging ports didn’t work and burned out my wire. Phone didn’t work. 1 small bar of soap for 2 people for 4 days. House cleaning at a charge unless it’s over a week stay … room is very basic. Not complaining tho on that since it did include a fridge and microwave and cutlery!"

"Our room was visibly updated and very clean. Perfect for myself and 2 teenage boys. The shower was unique with 2 different shower heads and great pressure. Beds were comfortable. Thermostat worked great. The location was perfect for visiting parks, specifically Universal for us. We had walking access to local restaurants and stores but also public transportation to other places. Would definitely stay again."

"My boyfriend and I stayed at the hotel for three nights for a Disney trip. While the hotel does provide a shuttle to the parks, we experienced some issues with it during our stay. However, a staff member named Jasmine was incredibly helpful. She advised us to use Uber when the shuttle wasn’t available and assured us we would be reimbursed. Although this did delay the start of our days a bit, we really appreciated the staff’s willingness to go above and beyond to make things right. We would definitely stay here again."

"They didn’t really clean the room everyday, otherwise, I would have rated it a 5. They just replaced the towels and emptied the garbage. "
