Great location! Easy access to dinning, Universal studios is close by. I love the hot buffet breakfast. The room was alright, the faucet was not working so I couldn’t take a shower but took and hot baths.

Great location if you go to Universal or EPIC, restaurants very close to the hotel, also International premium outlets very close, the only thing that can improve is in breakfast not many options. But in general was very good.

The staff was super friendly and the breakfast was really good! They kept the trays full and had a wide variety of options. Check in was super easy and the staff was really kind and gave us late check out. Upon further inspection of the beds (two fulls), one of them was covered in lint and had several stains on the sheets. The water for the shower was comfortable but did not get very hot. Those are really my only two complaints though.
