"All staff were very nice and friendly. Room was clean and well presented, although I had to ask at reception on how to work the lights ( keycard reader inside room). Coffee machine in foyer lounge was an excellent addition at no extra charge! Restaurant/bar food - fish and chips, lovely food and service. Breakfast was a plenty and varied buffet style. At 5ft 4, I found the beds a bit too high, felt like a hobbit trying to get in, although it did give my sister and I a good laugh! All in all I totally recommend. "

"We had a really lovely stay at the Maldron. The staff were welcoming & helpful on check in & check out. Our room was very clean & great amenities provided in the room. With complementary water, tea & coffee. As someone who can’t drink caffeine it was nice to see Decaf options and alternative teas available. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others coming to Glasgow. Very minor observation is that we could hear the lift from our room (it pinging & the voice over), at night this was a bit annoying but nothing earplugs or headphones didn’t sort out. "

"Everything was absolutely fine. Had a meal, very tasty. We didn’t realise there was a service charge, could have been clearer. We had an early flight and were sleeping by 9.30pm, unfortunately the fire alarm went off 11.30 and we had to rush outside. We booked the hotel so we could sleep better before the flight but it didn’t turnout like that. However these things happen."

"I liked the room it was simplistic but well thought out. They had 2 foldaway tables for eating or working with charging points next to them, they had a foldaway chair on the wall, it had the hangars on the wall it was very quaint. We went to breakfast in the morning and it was continental breakfast with a great choice of food, we loved the breakfast I would book again just for that. It cost £10 but well worth it."
