"Everyone was pleasant"

"This was our first time staying at shutters on the banks. We stayed for a whole week as a family of four. Overall it was a very positive experience! The hotel pools and hot tub were very well maintained and clean. We were just steps away from the beach which was amazing! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and inviting. The breakfast was above average and what you would expect but included for free and had many different options which was nice. The only complaints we had...

"We did not get ocean view but we were just feet from it. The room was clean and well maintained and very convenient. The property had a nice pool. They also had a beautiful covered deck area that overlooked the ocean. Had seating and tables so you could enjoy your coffee and watch the dolphins swim by. Inn offered a continental breakfast with a lot of choices. Location was near so many shops, restaurants and coffee shops as well. We really enjoyed our stay and the area"

"The guy on the computer screen is nice, but when you check in you, speak with a computer. The lady managing the property during the day is probably the rudest woman I’ve ever met that is in the hospitality industry. They told me to pay cash for a deposit because I would get it back quicker and I did and I still had to wait 45 minutes before I could leave because the manager told me she had to count how many wash rags that were too dirty and I needed to pay for them and then also pay for a double...
