"Extremely clean. The property was spotless. Very professional helpful staff without exception but leyonarcino went out of his way to help and Jarlips was amazing and helpful on the beach. And also all others. I stayed in many high end places but this place deserves 5 Stars plus for services and cleanness. "

"Beautiful condo! It had everything we needed and the bed was very comfortable. Very very clean which I appreciate and when we asked for clean towels or had a question we got a prompt delivery and immediate response. I would highly recommend this resort the pools are awesome!"

"Beautiful location, liked the rooms, food was slightly more limited than some resorts but we went off alot and ate food at all the local places, which was great (so many options walking distance and we traveled with young kids), casino was off to the side inside the resort so wasn't overpowering but great to have there. The staff was incredibly kind to the kids, let them feed animals on site. Pools were great, slides were fun, drinks were delicious and loved the smoothie bar on beach. "

"Beautiful room ; great view! Very helpful staff . I wasn’t familiar with the hotel website that you need to download to register for palapa thatched umbrellas on the beach. There is a proceed you must follow to get one for free . Many are already paid for in advance but the staff showed me how to rehister. The food was great ! We went to Ruth Chris Steakhouse and Aldo the breakfast buffet and Starbucks. Amazing gelato show on property Besutiful pool with waterfall and bar . Great weather! Very relaxing time!"
