"Everything was excellent until checkout. At check-in, I authorized payment for hotel fees and incidentals. At check-out, to my surprise, I was advised that the hotel manually charged me (without my knowledge) for my stay a 2nd time. This was very upsetting. Not comfortable with employee manually charging my account. This has caused inconvenience and concern regarding my personal information. My wife is very concerned as well."

"Clean pool, great chair and lounge options. Staff was helpful and friendly. The rooms are clean and large and the beds were so comfy for a hotel bed normally I sleep decent at hotels but I slept like a baby with how comfortable the beds and pillows were"

"Beach is most beautiful beach I have seen. They currently have renovations going on which was little bit annoying. Wish they had more authentic food at the buffet, it was very American and not enough fruits and veggies in the morning for breakfast. restaurants are good. "

"I enjoyed my stay at the resort. The food and drinks were delicious. Cons: The resort was like a retirement community. The music was dry, entertainment was none existing. The resort is perfect for people 50 and up. The shower was warm not hot, it was just warm enough to take a shower. I was ignored by staff, my birthday was never acknowledged even after I wrote its my birthday for the dinner reservations. I could see staff was tending to guest that they assumed they were getting tipped from. I didnt complain, worked out great for me, I kept all my tipping money."
