Everything was good except smell in the room. People smoke in rooms and everything smells even my bed smelled like cigarettes. Spa was a disappointment too. Because all what we had was dry sauna and thats it.

Located near parks and shopping. Staff very accommodating - allowed me to check in early. However I struggled to identify the difference between the Cocoa Cafe and the O Bar? The dining area was empty each time I went to eat - however food was reasonable and staff very helpful.

Bad staff and not clean
The room is okay but staff is not that good. They didn’t change the towels of our room, even though we left them on the floor, the staff just put them as they are new towels. Such a shame, they tried to trick us, not what you would expect from a chain hotel that has four stars.

The support staff was quite friendly and kind, though, the main staff was unyielding. The breakfast buffet was stark with stale food. None of the staff took health and safety precautions such as wearing masks or gloves when serving food. In a critical time, such as this pandemic, this is poor hygiene. Finally, the turnover service in the room was careless, and it was obvious the bedsheets weren't fresh along with the bath towels.

OK but if you can have your breakfast before 10.00
The location is city centre. Very close to cafes and restaurants. The room is quite small. The bathroom is sufficient. The room was clean. The breakfast ends at 10.00 which is very early, it’s a disappointment.
