"While the Regency is a very very basic hotel: no amenities or breakfast, it doesn't really matter. There's a convenience store right in front of it, a great restaurant next door, a great breakfast place 2 doors down, and most important of all - the nicest public AND state park beachs are right across the street. For what it is, it's very well kept and clean and clean is all that really matters to me. It was comfortable enough although I prefer a little bit softer bed. If you're on a budget, this is literally the best value for a hotel on the beach."

"Room was relatively clean, there were some things that were definitely missed, but overall was good. One of the nicest hotel rooms we’ve stayed in. Our room wasn’t ready at check in time and cleaning staff was still working which may have been a rushed cleaning job and that’s why things were potentially missed. The location was perfect for our family and we’re already planning our next trip back. "
