"Excellent stay. Seem to have a lot of visitors from the Northeast that were very disrespectful to the property and the employees. That was the only disappointment. I guess it's just what you expect from these people."

"The location was great. The decor inside the hotel was great. The made-to-order breakfast was wonderful. Most of the staff was great. The covered parking was nice. The entrance is on the side of the building which was not easily visible at night. The bathroom towel rod was rusty and the drain in the shower was lower than the shower floor which made the floor uneven. The TV service was very slow. There was no dinner option at the restaurant as advertised."

"I always stay in Hampton Inn in Florida, this one was a little disappointing, the room wasn’t clean, the carpet was dirty and felt sticky and dirty. The property is not well maintained, they can do better, Hampton Inn usually has a much better standards, I felt like it was a cheap hotel / motel, didn’t like it this time. Hampton Inn / Hilton can do better. The staff was friendly, but the room really need to be updated and clean."

"It was clean but no towels at the pool..but my biggest complaint is after paying 185.00 for a one night stay they charge 15.00 plus tax to park your vehicle! 😳.."

"The staff at Anastasia Inn are fantastic! Whenever our family comes to St. Augustine we always stay there, more than 20 years. Recently we forgot some clothing in one of the closets. I called and described the items. I received a call back that they had the items in their lost and found. I was so grateful. Also, the inn is clean and I find they are my halfway point to attractions in town and the beaches."

"Hotel had a septic problem when we stayed and the hotel could not offer another accommodation. The bathroom was not usable and the smell was terrible and the problem only got worse as time went on."

"Loved sitting on the patio in the evening and watching the ships and sailboats. Easy to get downtown and so many unique shops. Loved rain water shower head and soft towels and wash rags. The bed and pillows were like sleeping on a cloud and felt so good after shopping all day! The breakfast was made with care and very tasty. Staff were all very helpful and friendly."

"We absolutely fell in love with the Bayfront Westcott House! From the minute we walked in Sandy welcomed us with a warm smile . The room had two balconies overlooking Marine st . It truly was a charming home with the perfect combination of modern amenities! We especially enjoyed delicious breakfast and happy hour. This will definitely be our place to escape to every time we want to getaway. Fyi parking is only few short blocks from the house. Absolutely loved our stay"
