"Parking was super easy and free, room was comfy, bed was amazing! Ac could have been better, we fought with it all night to try and cool down the room. We ended up asking for a box fan at front desk but they didnt have one. They graciously gave us their small fan so we could use it to sleep! "

"Breakfast was unique and tasty, quiche. Dining room view of waterfront. Parking right in front of room, convenient. Staff friendly and helpful. Room was clean bed excellent, nice shower. Patio out to waterfront where we sat in the morning with our coffees. Room could use a repaint, but really overall we loved it there,would not stay anywhere else, close walk over the bridge to town."

"Room was smaller than I expected. Also noise from traffic outside the room was annoying. These things cannot be corrected by innkeeper. Just have to expected it in an old town like St Augustine."

"The room was advertised as a junior suite. It was NOT any type of suite. Only one very small room with no where to lay out luggage. The shower and sink area were open to the room and the shower was quite difficult to get into as it was in a large tub with a wide edge. The water closet was tiny. Very nice staff."

"Possibly the freshest-smelling, comfiest bed I've slept in. We enjoyed three nights here on spring break. The breakfast & happy hour deliveries were the cherry on top! So nice to return to after exploring the city or the beach (5-10 min away). The staff were so accommodating to us. Our trip coincided with a cold snap — so the comfy couches & lounge areas upstairs on the deck were just the place. Hope to return!"

"Sauberes Zimmer in einer fantastischen Lage, um St. Augustine zu erkunden. Alle waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Hatte einen coolen Flair, mitten in der Altstadt in einem historischen Apartment zu wohnen. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Balkon über einer Wein-/Kaffeebar. Dort wurde live Musik gespielt. Am Abend konnten wir gemütlich auf dem Balkon mit den Schaukelstühlen sitzen und der Musik lauschen."

"It was a nice space for a little get away"

"Breakfast was fabulous as was the location. Easy 5 minutes or less walk to a lot of attractions. Nice welcome email with door codes and WiFi password. The front door code wasn’t working so I could not access the interior of the building. I called the number on the front door and Kim talked me thru an alternate way to access my room. It was fixed by the night before I checked out. The B and B was recently purchased by new owners who I’m sure are working out some stuff. I would stay here again....

"Located in the heart of St Augustine close to shops and monuments. As an inn, it’s ok — quiet, clean, parking included. The food could use a bit of improvement, and some aspects of the building could use a refresh. "

"Our second time staying at Budget Inn! It’s a little piece of 50’s nostalgia with some modern updates. The room was clean and comfortable. The front desk attendant was super friendly and helpful. Less than a 2 mile drive to Anastasia State Park."
