We stayed here four nights to visit Disney; the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable in getting us free shuttle rides to and from the park. Breakfast options were good, parking was an issue as in all big cities. I booked through Expedia and it had advertised free parking but the facility charged me $20 a night for parking which was reasonable considering the location. Overall we had a great time staying here (did not get to use the dining pool)

Enjoyed our stay as a family with a spacious and clean room. My girls enjoyed the heated pool that they were able to get in the evening despite it not yet being summer. Staff were very nice and helpful and always greeting us. The to go breakfast had a good variety. This hotel is very close to the toy story parking lot. If we are able in the area again we would book this hotel again.

Kids suite. Family of 4. Room was large. Staff was great! They even put a little something in our room for kiddos graduation. Room was clean. Pool was nice. Breakfast left a little something to be desired but it was efficient and quick. Rooms by the elevator are great for early risers as you will be rising early lol. Parking was full but was met with free valet. 10/10 totally found our Disney hotel. Right next store to Toy Story parking lot. Bigger plus.

Great property for a family stay. We had a room with bunks.. It also had a sofa bed and a king bed in a seperate room. Rooms are a little dated but well appointed. Great staff and on-site parking. Walkable to many restaurants. Good options for continental free breakfast.

Stayed with a group of 7, room was great, with a lot of space. The 2 bathrooms came in handy. Sink was clogged, but I cleaned it out (had hair build up, but not that big of a deal to me really) I think the only thing we didn't like about this property was the horrible water pressure. Everything else was great and we would stay here again

We were there for Disney so our stay was good. Our room was clean but we were not given fresh towels or our trash emptied on our third day of stay. We even made sure the privacy sign was not placed. However, I was able to pick up fresh towels at the front desk. Breakfast was available but we unfortunately did not enjoy it. Their breakfast room was under renovation so maybe it’s not their usual service. Parking can be tight! Kudos to the nightshift valet guy. He took care of us. We were able to take advantage of the shuttle at the Toy Story parking lot. It’s only a 5 minute walk from the hotel.

Parking was good, enough spaces. The staff was absolutely wonderful. The room was clean and ready, however I was a bit disappointed with lack of window in the second bedroom. Breakfast was adequate, but the staff did a wonderful set up with what they had to work with. Appreciated the fresh fruit, water and coffee at the front desk very much.
