The hotel was nice and clean. The rooms were clean. The bed, however, was very lumpy for me. And I found the pillows a little bit high. But they did offer me a second pillow and I’m managed.

We had a great stay! It is 5 minutes from the train station and is also very centrally located to many museums, trams and everything else! We did get upgraded from a basement room which was very appreciated. It is important to know there is only an elevator for the basement and first two floors when booking. We would gladly stay here again!

The room smelled like an absolute garbage dump. They were able to move our room for the second night, but the room we were in the first night smelled atrocious. The room we were in the second night smelled fine. The staff was nice.

Very well located & close to the station. Reception staff was friendly. Rooms are extremely small & has absolutely NO view outside of the hotel even though we paid for room with NO LIMITED view but the reception said these are the only ones they had. There was also a smell of sewage in the washroom.

Liked: Cleanliness
The hotel is very nicely situated with perfect walking distance to everything. The room was quiet and nice. Most of the staff were very kind and friendly, however, the man checking us in was rude, unhelpful and made it seem as if we were a nuisance. It's a shame to have to write, because the rest of the staff were very nice, but truly, I've never before been met with such behaviour from staff at a hotel, anywhere in the world.
