Tina and Alex at the front desk were very informative and helpful with helping us find our way around Amsterdam. The hotel was close to a train station. Breakfast was good but could have used some protein like bacon or sausages. Otherwise all 10’s.

Everything was great, from the breakfast to the room cleanliness. I would have given it 5 stars but the main issue that I had was that the shower drain was clogged and the water would drain very slowly prompting me to take quick one minute showers before the shower would flood and then flood out into the bathroom floor. I love taking long warm showers but I couldn't. And just one more suggestion that would have also made my overall experience even better is to have a minifridge in the room.

I needed a glass of milk after a very long day, Mia at the front desk said no problem and got it for me right away. Check in was quick and we were in our room within minutes Dining options are limited but you can order in. The room was nice, bed, so so. There is a option for pillows in the room and about 4 English speaking channels. We have stayed here twice and both times were very nice

Room was good and mostly comfortable. Cold in the room. No working heater. No amenities at this hotel. No shuttle do the hotel ordered me a gypsy cab which charged a usurious rate to the airport which is close by. Low quality food. No stat again.

This was my third time staying here. Spacious rooms. Rooms are modern with a lovely bathroom. Train station not far from hotel and only one stop from the airport. The staff are some of the friendliest that I have ever met.

Good value and friendly staff but location so-so

The receptionist very kindly arranged for an early check in and brought me a piece of pizza while I waited for my room! The room was provided earlier than the official check in time which was a great help. The location is surrounded by construction and 1 km walk to the nearest train station. Some carpet stains and damage and bathroom floor stains. Comfortable bed. They charge to store guest luggage after check out.
