"This was a nice place to stay. We stayed with our 3 grandkids and was able to fit comfortably in a room with 2 beds and a bunk bed."

"The rooms were. Leaning th3 staff was great , took care of some kids making noise the first couple of nights at 2:30 & 3:30 in the morning. They were great with service dog. We will come back . We really.dont want to leave. We have extended for 6 days already. Just dont have enough parking sometimes you have to park across the street."

"Terrible experience. I normally don’t leave reviews, but this hotel was in very poor condition and the service made it worse. We arrived late in the evening and had a hard time even finding our room because the directions from staff were unclear. When we entered the room, there was a strong unpleasant odor immediately. The floors were dirty and heavily scuffed, the front door had a large gap underneath it, and the bathroom floor had damaged areas with sharp edges that felt unsafe. We also discovered there were no towels in the room at all. When I called the front desk, I was told to come get them myself. The next morning, they initially handed us only one towel for multiple guests. When I asked for more, the staff member seemed annoyed. I did speak with the manager, who apologized and said he was aware of the issue, but nothing was done proactively to fix it. Unfortunately, this property appears poorly maintained and customer service was disappointing throughout our stay."

"We checked in a bit later than expected and had reserved a gulf front room. NOT ADA. At check in we were put in an ADA room and was told that all gulf front rooms are ADA. No they are not! The bathroom smelled like urine the entire time we were there. The mattress on the bed was very uncomfortable - lumpy. While the location was great, the room was definitely not up to par. Disappointed that we were not even offered to change rooms. Customer service was not there!"

Radisson Beachfront Hotel - Panama City Beach

"The Staff had moments of niceness but not the best. Asked for linen change on bed ad they made the bed with the same linen that I told them smelled a little sweaty after 4 days and we told them no need for rooms= service except the one day we asked. We asked for them to sweep nothing, so I asked to borrow a broom and I swept. That was part of the request I made for the one day of room service requested. Fridge leaked all six days and we just cleaned it up. One staff told us with clear detail of what we needed to do if we needed to check out early and was told we'd get a full refund. the manager played like she didn't know who i was talkiing about and then remember oh yea, he just started the Friday after he explained in great detail of what needed to ne done on Saturday. That's not a one day employee, I'm sorry. She offered me the resort fee back of $123 dollors bu but they would keep the $300 that was left for two days of early checkout. Talking wiht other guess the place they felt has really gone down and the service just isn't where it us to be. We have made a note to never stay at this Radisson again. Disappointed for sure!"
