Like most businesses they clearly short on staff. The facility was dirty but to be a little expected as its mostly young families who stay for the water park. Most staff was kind and did what they needed ti accommodate to the issues that arose. The water park staff was hit or miss. Some were super nice and helpful while there was one gal who seemed to be irritated that she had a job. Its been better but it could have been worse.

We really enjoyed multiple eating options on the premises and many more options close by. We were placed in a ADA compliance room and for a couple that didn’t require those accommodations it made the stay a little less enjoyable. Had hard time finding low light switches and lack of counter space in the bathroom. Overall, though we have always enjoyed our stays at arrowwood, and will be back.

Hi Catelin, Thank you for your review. Sorry the light switches were low, but when we have out of order rooms, we have to utilize the ADA rooms to accomodate our guests. The space is the exact same as non ADA rooms.

I needed to cancel due to family emergency and was not allowed to even do so despite giving greater than a 1 day notice. Expedia said it was hotel decision and hotel said it was Expedia decision. Based in this I will certainly not have daughters wedding reception there as we we considering. Stay away. Has been place.

No one really told me what amenities were available. Everything seems outdated and old but fairly clean. Tv channels were all off, clock was wrong, cool air doesn’t work. Maybe seems like little things but they all add up.

Room was dirty. Smelt like smoke. No air conditioning. Old boiler system and was already shut off for season. Room was hot and they told us to sleep with the door open. Asked for a fan. 35 minutes later and 2 more phone calls we got a fan that didnt work. Was miserable and staff was not helpful or friendly at all.

The room was great long with the hotel overall. But when we got there it looked like the room was not done being cleaned. There was a dirty towel on the ground, some sort of cleaning solution in the sink with water and water in the ice bucket. We told the front desk but no one ever came by to clean up the mess.

My stay at Arrowwood Resort was incredible. Great facility. Outstanding amenities. The family loved the 18 hole putting green. Service was friendly. Looking forward to staying again and longer!

Spent a couple nights staying here while attending a wine festival nearby. The resort itself is in a beautiful area and the room was a great size. My only complaint is that the room smelled very musty and I even had the window open all weekend to let it air out. Nothing seemed to help. The rooms need some updating.

Room was run down, smelly.. bedding poor quality. Hallways dark, carpet dirty. Air conditioning inconsistent. Doing was poor for families. People with our grip had to change rooms for mold, no air conditioning and cleanliness. Would not recommend this for anyone despite the relatively fun water park and outdoor bar area.

We came for our annual sisters reunion with family traveling 1500 miles to come stay at arrowwood. First at check in, one of our hotel rooms was rerouted to new rooms three times-wrong room, dirty, etc. Since I am limited characters I need to make it short. A storm came in so we purchased tickets to the waterpark. By the time that we walked from the front desk to the waterpark they told us that the waterpark was closing for safety concerns due to lightning..this upset our kids as we just told them that we’d be heading to the waterpark. We went to the waterpark the next day and the hot tub was closed- it said down for maintenance, but it was clearly down for an extended amount of time (dust in the bottom of the tub) and the water slide was closed due to no staff to run the slide, however, there were three staff in the concessions standing around and three lifeguards standing around watching us as we were the only ones in the waterpark. This was such a disappointment of a trip for our Canada family, and such an embarrassment to us as their hosts to minnesota. Until these things get addressed, we will not be back and I will be sure to make all friends and family to beware of going here.

The front counter staff were not friendly. I asked for a schedule of the restaurants that would be open during our stay and the question was met with resistance and seemed as though I was asking too much. The indoor pool had missing tile, I saw the same food on the floor for 3 days we were there and the outdoor pool had left over drinks on tables for days. Considering the price we paid, I was disappointed. I don't normally write reviews but it's important for others to know.

Liz,Please take this message as an apology that we did not meet your expectations. Our Front Desk Staff is all new this summer so we trying our hardest to train them well. I am very sorry that my staff came across as not friendly. I take this very importantly as I believe all guests should be treated with nothing else but Kindness! I don't know where things went wrong with them getting you information about the restaurant hours as we have our welcome hand out that gives you all information about the Resort. I have reached out the to Food and Beverage Director to see what other options he can do so it is clear what hours our restaurants open. Our Engineering Manager has been notified about the pool not meeting safety requirements. He has already fixed the problems you have mentioned. Housekeeping Manager has also been notified about the messy areas. His team is working hard to stay on top of every part of the Resort.I am happy to help with any concerns our questions you may have.

Kids had fun at the water park everything’s pretty dated a bird poop and nests are covering the whole building which is kind of gross but the stay was fun anyways!
