"It was a clean room, and friendly staff. It was a sleeping quarters, not a guest room. No extra furniture, no desk, no chair, no place to elevate your luggage, no art on the walls. The mattress of the queen bed was a sinkhole on the side next to the nightstand, and pleasantly firm on the far side. ..."

"The staff was helpful during the challenges my family and I faced due to poor conditions in our room AC did not work and the shower faucet made it hard to shower. Unfortunately the hotel needs a lot TLC. The elevator was also not working. Overall it was just frustrating but made the best out of it. ..."

"Very close to the airport. Make sure they know when you’re taking the courtesy van. I checked into the hotel and put my luggage in the room. I dropped off my rental car and took the shuttle to the airport. Went to Ground Transportation and called the hotel to pick me up at Baggage Claim. Worked perfectly ..."
